We’ll send you a document that breaks the conversation into chapters so you can easily move between different parts of your story. 

We’ll send a copy of the recording and the chapter list for you to download as well as a link you can share with other people. We can also provide a boxed and engraved USB memory stick.

We keep the files on our secure system for 12 months. The MP3 file can be easily played and stored on your computer/mobile device.

Video adds a special dimension to capturing our conversation with you. We all recognise that physical expression, gestures and body language communicate as much meaning as the words themselves.

We bring studio quality video equipment to your home or the home of a loved one and record the conversation in full.

We’ll spend time editing the film, create chapters for easy reference and add any photographs or wider visual material you might have given us. We’ll then send a copy to you for approval.

Once approved we’ll send the finished version as a digital copy for you to download to your computer or mobile device as as well as making it available online via a private link. We can also provide a boxed and engraved USB memory stick.

A professionally printed record of our conversation that can be referenced, shared and enjoyed at any time. We’ll edit the conversation to include just your words to give it a truly autobiographical feel.

The adapted transcript will be sent to you after the conversation for you to edit and approve. We can include up to 20 photographs in the book to add a more intimate and personal feel to your story. These can either be scanned when we meet or sent to us after the conversation. We’ll use one as a cover image.
